Premium Program Overview

M.L. Campbell has chosen The Image Group as its sole supplier of premiums in order to maintain our strict identity standards and present a consistent image in the marketplace. The goal of this program is to build the M.L. Campbell brand while streamlining the purchasing process. To this end, The Image Group carries inventory on a broad selection of M.L. Campbell promotional products and apparel that can be ordered online or by phone available for immediate delivery with no minimum required.

The Image Group is working toward a goal of delivering 98% of all program orders within 5-7 days from the time of order. Should any item on your order be temporarily out of stock you will be contacted by phone or email within twenty-four hours.

You will also receive a response to any message left or inquiry within twenty-four hours.

Placing Orders

The Image Group maintains inventory of premiums to meet the daily needs of the field sales team. The following items will enable them to serve us better:

• Please place your orders on line or through the Client Support Services department. This keeps Judy Haskins (our primary contact) free to handle special projects for the field.
• Inventory levels may be impacted by a distributor promotion so plan ahead and let The Image Group know in advance.
• Always include an in-hands date on your order.
• The Image Group requires the shipping address(es) and all quantities by size to process your order.

Special Projects and Custom Orders

The Image Group offers variety of merchandise, fulfillment and graphic services in addition to a limitless selection of apparel and premiums outside of the program.

A few things to keep in mind when special ordering merchandise:

• Standard production time for special order apparel is ten working days from approval of proof.
• Ordering samples and developing camera-ready art are in addition to the standard production time.
• Apparel orders cannot be placed without final quantities by size.
• While The Image Group does not charge for rush production, their suppliers often do. Planning ahead will eliminate this expense and save on freight.
• For split shipments, addresses need to be provided for prompt delivery.

Credit & Billing

Here is what you should know about the billing process.

• The Image Group will mail a receipt within 48 hours of shipping your order.
• If any item is temporarily out of stock you will only be charged/invoiced for the shipped items. Backordered items will be charged separately.
• There is no additional freight charge for shipping backordered items.
• If billing to a distributor the order must be prepaid or the distributor must contact Shannon Veeder at The Image Group to set-up an account.
